【戦争準備を進める中共】
中共中央軍事委員会は戦争に備え最高レベルと称する「統合作戦綱要」を11月7日に施行した。
「統合作戦」とは、中共内で陸海空軍と「ロケット軍」と呼ばれる戦略ミサイル部隊を一体運用する軍事作戦をいう。
